Inspiration: The Breath with Kasia
Inspiration: The Breath is a yoga workshop that will focus on breath awareness techniques to bring a sense of spaciousness to your body, mind, & spirit. There will be an educational component to this workshop: we'll take some time at the start of the workshop to discuss some breathing mechanics in relation to the primary breathing muscle, the diaphragm. The majority of the workshop will be spent experiencing how it feels to move in rhythm with your breath, to embody your breath, and to work with some directed breathing practices in yoga poses to feel a little more alive. We'll end the workshop with a guided meditation, followed by a restorative savasana.
