This class is dedicated to an exploration of mindfulness, meditation, and gentle movement designed to help you reconnect with your body and inner awareness. Through a variety of accessible practices woven together with breath, and intentional movement, you’ll be guided toward greater presence, ease, and clarity.
This class is open to all levels and welcomes anyone curious about self-reflection, whether you are beginning a meditation practice or returning to one. All practices shared in class will be supported with a follow-up email offering guidance and resources for continuing at home.
