Everyday Mindfulness

Please join Lori Lefkowitz for a class dedicated to the power of mindfulness.  We will explore strategies to learn to connect with our bodies and breath while also incorporating movement into class. Participants should wear comfortable clothing. Chairs will be available, and all are welcome. Can’t wait to meet you.
