Kundalini Yoga

Please join Megan Hook for a monthly Kundalini Yoga Class, on the third Saturday of each month. Kundalini Yoga is an extremely powerful and transformative form of yoga. Each class contains pranayama, movement/asana/kriya, and meditation. Kundalini yoga focuses on energy, flexibility, and health of the body, mind and spirit. All levels welcome, beginner to advanced. come as you are.
