This summer, join us on the shore for Awaken and Align Yoga with Samantha on Fridays. Each week, we’ll gather on the shore of Ontario Beach for a practice designed to ground your body, center your mind, and reconnect you with what matters most. We’ll explore a different life theme each week through intentional Hatha yoga, mindfulness, and moments of reflection. Expect a gentle, active practice, with time to pause, breathe, and feel—supported by the sand, sun, and sky. Come as you are, awaken your awareness, and align with your inner rhythm.
