You will build stability, strength, and flexibility while flowing. This is the kind of intentional and meaningful movement certain to translate both on and off the mat. The class is open to all levels, from beginners to more advanced yogis, with options and progressions offered throughout. Participants should feel comfortable bearing some weight on the wrists and knees, though adaptations and supportive variations are always provided. Props such as straps, blocks, and blankets are provided to help you move safely and confidently. You’ll leave feeling more connected to your body, with improved mobility and tools you can carry into your everyday life.
