• Asana (physical postures)
• Joint Mobilization
• Yoga Nidra (deep rest)
• Pranayama (breath work)

Whether you attend both workshops or just one, you don’t need to know your predominant dosha to benefit. Simply bring an open heart, and leave with wisdom that will continue to evolve at its own pace.
