Use your voice as a pathway to calm, confidence, and connection in our Yoga of Sound class. We will practice vocal toning, breathwork, Sanskrit mantra, rāga-inspired kīrtan, gentle movement, and meditation, to release tension, quiet the mind, and awaken deep presence. No singing experience is needed — if you have a voice, this practice is for you. Welcoming to both beginners and seasoned practitioners interested in nāda yoga, Sanskrit, and the transformative power of sound.
